Requirements
- Previous experience in tent installation, event setup, construction, or rigging is highly preferred.
- Understanding of different tent types (e.g., stretch tents, frame tents, bell tents) and basic structural setup principles.
- Experience with tools, lifting equipment, and anchoring systems is a major plus.

Requirements

- Willing to live on-site during the season, work variable hours, and adapt to nature-based conditions.
- Respect for nature, sustainability, and cultural sensitivity.
